So s-o-r-r-y to see that your choices are SO LIMITED!!!!

:tongue_sm That's a danged shame:tongue_sm !!!

Maybe you need so more kit to go with the Chubster!!!

If you call that limited choices, what does a newbie inventory called? Teensy, Teeny, Weeny
Enjoy your shave!!!

Well, with a Chubby, you need to go soap. I vote for Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet. And with a fat brush, you need a fat razor. Perhaps the B&B?

Beat me to it...I say to go BBS...go Blenheim Bouquet Soap and the B&B Razor. A nice way to break it in.

Why not try one of your Sheratons?

I'm currently using them in rotation (switching the same blade between them each day) to make sure one of them is acceptable for a trade. Both are shaving well, but I just used them, and I would like to go for something different.

Thanks, Jay I'm afraid I'll be classed as a bit of a philistine here though, as I use straight razors.

Not so sir! :001_cool: :001_cool:

I occasionally forray into the dark side. I am re-learning to use a str8. That is how I learned to shave some 40 yrs. ago from my grandfather. I still have one of his razors as well as a couple I've picked up.

I am with LetterK that you need to go BB soap ... definitely!

For the razor ... this is why you need a Mastro Livi sitting in reserve!

I do have a Heribert Wacker Quarter Hollow Ground 6/8 Spike Point with Blond Horn Scales that is really quite nice, not the same league I know, but I haven't gotten the str8 AD (yet) so my choices are extremely limited in that field.

I'd keep the brush feeling at home and go with a hard English soap - The BB sounds like a great choice. Go with the Wacker too!
