The toolbar has been greyed out for me all day. Is anyone else having this issue?

It periodically glitches out for me.
I have to hit the "more options" button on it (3 vertical dots) and it opens up the toolbar functions and un-greys it, then randomly starts working again.

Thank you. I did try that but just got a second line that is greyed out. Maybe I'll try a different browser.

This sometimes happens when folks accidentally toggle BB Code.
Your regular editing screen looks like this:
If you accidentally (or on purpose, but forget) click on the brackets, it toggles BB Code entry.
When in BB Code, the rest of the editing tools are greyed out because BB Code is text for those tools.
Just click that bracket again to exit BB Code mode and return to full tool editing palette.
