I have received a private message from Lee which included an apology and an explanation for the situation. I accepted both.

Maybe it's my years of experience as a customer service consultant on top of my experience as a writer that has made me so critical, but in my eyes, Lee had made a very, very big mistake. Then I feel he made another, bigger mistake by effectively hiding his first mistake.

Will I order again from Lee in the future? Maybe not. Not because of any animosity between us, but simply because my experience was unsatisfactory. From a practical standpoint, I have simply had better experiences elsewhere.

However, that's just me. I'm sure that 99% of you will continue to happily enjoy the service Lee provides.
 
I'm just glad this argument is over. After reading all of the posts, I'd still reccomend Lee as a great person to buy from. Just go into it knowing that you're ordering from a guy, a good guy and not amazon.
