First use of the Clog Pruf in quite some time with how well the OCMM has been doing for me. I also brought the Frank's Finest off the bench as well. Both led to a very nice shave though I did learn a bit more about why I like the OCMM over the Clog Pruf. The brand new blade was very nice too.
Nothing Japanese for me except for my stones so I decided to hone this amazing $25 eBay le grelot. She honed up great and have me an amazing shave. finished of with some Arlington cologne to finish up.
Sorry for the shocking photo but the digital camera was left in the workshop.

A distilled water experiment shave after my hard water thread the other day. I loaded for ½ the time that I normally do (30s instead of 60s) and still had plenty of lather for 4+ passes. Not as much leftover as I do regularly so I may be able to decrease my tap water loading as well. The Clog Pruf limits the angles that I like to use so if I'm not careful I cause irritation trying to get the results to match my OCMM which I can now use effortlessly. Skipped the A/S splash today and just used the Kiehl's balm and I think that worked better. My face feels wonderful.
