Is it worth to restoration?

Is it worth to restoration? Is it could be a long lasting piece? And I am not sure which type of ground it is. Is it full hollow or half or quarter?

Sure, it should clean up nicely. As for the grind, it's not possible to tell definitively from those angles, you would need to include a photo looking down on the toe.
I asked seller for photo. I added them below.

It seems to be 'restorable'.

Would I pay a 'razor restorer' $100 USD to restore it?
No.

Would I restore it myself?
Somewhat, yes, I would probably clean it up a bit, and hone.

I agree, looks like it will take an edge. That is a quality Solingen brand. If you are comfortable restoring and finishing an SR edge, this looks to be a decent razor to learn some of the other aspects of cleaning up and restoring the rest of the blade and scales.
