You're right, the 91% does dry really fast. Not all stores carry it all the time though, but I try to get that over the 70% when I can.

You can get 91% alcohol at my local Walmarts, try there for this item. It is usually a bit away from the 70% on the shelf.

Over exfoliating can irritate the pores as much as too much dead/dry skin leading to clogging.
