How to Strop a Kamisori?

I just strop mine as normal. Seems to work ok.
In theory - you’d probably strop more stokes on the main bevel side than the ura, same as when you hone it.
In practice - I’ve never really noticed a difference if you then strop it 50:50.
You can sometimes notice it on something like a Deba, which is finished at a much lower grit and stropped harder. But on a kamisori (at least the ones I have); the two seem the same to me.

The same as a traditional straight razor. No different. I have eight Kami's. All of them are great shavers.
Vewwwwwy carefully, in my case. The only scratch on my strop came from the wicked pointy heel of a new kami on the very first stroke. :grrr:
