How to Shave Around a Full Beard?

I am interested in taking the next step, from the safety of my Feather DE to shaving straight, without a net. My problem is my full beard. (It is not a goatee.) My wife will not let me shave it, and I cannot figure out how to shave my checks above my beard with a straight razor. (Shaving my neck below my beard seems like it would be a snap.)

Anyone have any advice?

IMO, shaving around a beard is much easier with a safety razor.

Is your wife shaving with the straight?...your money and choice..to shave around a beard use tge tip are lightly

Yes, using a safety razor is very easy. Just glide the razor across the cheeks parallel to the top line of the beard. Voila! Done.

I'm guessing that would be how to do it with a straight razor, too. I would need a very small straight razor...

PS: I do divorces for a living. Keeping the wife happy is very important!

I would be very sad to only get to shave my cheeks .

Many people cut down broken razors into stubby/shorty ones, that might be what you need...or a kamisori.

I'm not a straight user but I believe those tricky nooks should be easier considering a straight's maneuverability.
