Well, with a few exceptions like Seiko using automation all watches except custom grades are made the exact same way. It doesn't matter if you go to the Patek Factory or the ETA assembly plant. Assembly is all done by hand. The parts come from suppliers except the few outfits that do it all themselves like Seiko and Rolex.

Well, the difference between the Patek 'factory' and the ETA assembly plant is that Patek watches are actually MADE by hand, not just assembled by hand.
