"Colee" scored on eBay. How'd I do?

I've been looking for a ivory handled straight and came across this on eBay:

I ended up winning it for $51.75 after shipping. I've never heard of this brand of razor, but I'm quite taken with the tortoise scales and ivory pinned to the shank and tang.

Embarrassingly, I'm actually quite new to straight razors and don't know much about what I just bought, or if I overpaid. How'd I do, gentlemen?

I'd also like to have this razor restored and honed professionally before I shave with it. Can anyone recommend someone to restore it?

Can't say whether you over/underpaid - but it appears to be in pretty decent condition, though I don't know the brand/model based on the etching.
