No, I am a public relations/lecturer/writer of sorts. I haven't taken shavettes entirely off the table, especially because I love Feather blades, but really love the non-disposable permanence of a straight razor. The notion that you can use the same blade for a lifetime and even hand it on to your children is something I find really neat. I'm going to give the traditional straight razors a serious effort. Let's see where it takes me...
