It is a pre 1891 Sheffield blade made by Wade and Butcher .Looks to be in good shape .Look likes it needs to be honed.Does not look like a full hollow blade .Should be a very good shaver when it is honed .

M14Shooter is correct pre 1891 Shieffied Celebrated with a smile shaped blade. I have one similar that im saving for when my honeing skills improve.
