Are travel Gillette razor heads same as "regular" ?

Looking at Fleabay, I see a lot of short handle travel razors. They seem to be in better condition (and often cheaper) than the regular ones. I suspect because nobody wanted to use them unless necessary, these 2" handles look atrocious.

So, are the heads on these razors the same as regular Gillettes ? I.e. if I buy one and replace the handle, am I getting the same experience as I would with its contemporary "big brother" ?

I currently have none, but seem to remember that they were the same.

Own a few, they’re the same. I think the etched cap techs are the best values but it seems like people are figuring that out. The sunken letter “debossed” logo ones aren’t too thrilling IMO.

holy cow, just looked on the ‘bay out of curiosity. It wasn’t long ago when you could go on there and pick up an NOS etched cap post war travel kit for ~$20, sometimes less than $15 shipped. Now they’re rare.
