I got tempted and grab 4 sleeves @ 9.89 / 100’s. What is its usual price when its not on sale?

List price shows as $21.16.

Hmmm why I don’t see any further price reduction in my Amazon despite buying 4 sleeves?

Check the order. There should be a line item for "Buy more, save 11%" with a discount applied. In the case of four the additional discount should be $4.35.

I just bought 400 without trying.

3 boxes were 2021.
1 box was 2018
