Notes: First time using a treet. Not that bad.

Soap: Captains Choice Venture.
Brush: Omega Hi-Brush synthetic.
Preshave: Hot rag.
Postshave: Thayers witchhazel, Proraso red aftershave , Proraso white balm.
Alum feedback: face- medium, neck- high.
Smooth: 9.5
Close: 9.3
Soap: 9.5
I thought I’d use a mild razor today because of the high alum feedback on my neck yesterday. Well, it was still high today.
That KCG from China is sharp! A number of Gillette blades formerly made in Russia are now made in China. It makes me wonder if these blades are all different.

Excellent brush from a brand who's going to disappear, unfortunately.

Very efficient razor, a tad agressive, but never disagreeable.

New out of the packet. A Mid-Tier blade for me. Today performing rather well.

THE SHAVE

After the first pass a social shave was already attained. Two passes would suffice.

A 10/10 Shave with no mess.

1st Pass: All WTG.

2nd Pass: XTG from East to West on Face. ATG on Neck.

3rd Pass: All ATG except on Mustache and Chin Areas where I went XTG from West to East.

Touch-Ups: Some Blade-Buffing XTG on Neck.

Excellent shave, 9.8/10. Final day of traveling with no brush or bowl, and I've become much better at face-lathering. An aside: After receiving my tax return yesterday, I decided to finally pull the trigger on a razor I've been eyeing for quite some time: a Timeless matte Ti .68 SB with crown handle. It should show up this coming Monday. Pretty excited about this one.
