Razor : Yaqi Mellon OC Self lubricating head 316 SSP + a Yaqi Chippendale 316 SSP handle. Mfg 2023>, mid range. Excellent machining, design + finish. I very much enjoy the audio feedback of this razor head.
Blade : GSB(3) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Yaqi Black pearl, very interesting scent, hard for me describe the fragrance but like it the more I use it + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Deep stones" 24mm boss knot. Nice handle with a certain darkness that is not aspiring to myself but knot works well for my shaving needs.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : witch hazel beard cleanse + Yaqi Black Pearl splash + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Mellon razor with a GSB blade. Great shave to start the day.

I just acquired the .68-P plate in a trade. For me, it is absolutely the best out of all the GC plates I have tried.

I can't compare it to the others but I love mine.

Today's journey to find the ultimate combo of sharp and smooth was a great success. The Treet 7 Days is a joy to use, sooooo smooth, with great efficiency. It was so smooth, in fact, that I got a small nick because I was going too fast. I think these blades might be my be my next 100 purchase.

Relaxing shave after a bath in three passes except the moustache in two passes.This Kathmandu soap is lovely, it doesn't clash with the Dior Homme Intense fragrance since they both share an iris note.

Last minute face and head shave in the shower.
It's been a while, forgot how well the Fatboy shaves for me on the mild setting of 3.
The Noble Otter soap shaves and smells so well!
BRG plated Fatboy, Gillette Platinum blade, Noble Otter LONESTAR soap and AS splash, low-cost Yaqi synth.
No issues, blood, or discomfort post shave!
