I ordered a Masamune Titanium on 3/12. Missed the sale code, so I emailed them 3/13.... they immediately refunded 15% of my purchase price.
I live in PA. They are located in Portugal. Shipping was free. Order placed 3/12, order delivered 3/14. If there is better service anywhere in the world, I haven't seen it. Even Bezos doesn't deliver that fast.
Now, we'll see how it shaves...

Yep good customer service and fast. The sale is good from March 10 - 19. I ordered
on March 4th and it was delivered March 7th. Well before the sale.

I ordered the Muramasa Razor Stand the day before I knew about the Father's Day sale. When I received an email notification from Tatara regarding the Father's Day sale, I emailed them and they immediately refunded the difference. Ordered on March 10th and it arrived on the 12th. Pretty amazing considering the logistics from Portugal to Ontario
FWIW... I also inquired about the Titanium edition and Tatara (Sandra) emailed me back with a "Waiting List" link which I immediately added myself to. They're making 30 this year and are scheduled to ship in April/May, fingers crossed
So hopefully very soon, a gently used (Stainless Steel) Muramasa razor will be going up for sale!

That's what I thought. I hadn't even started tracking it yet.
Per FedEx, Package originated in Maia Portugal 3/13, then to Porto PT, then to France 3/14, Newark NJ, Philly, New Castle DE, and my home in PA on 3/14. Insane. France to customs to my house, all in the same day.
Original estimated delivery was 3/17, which I thought was pretty darned good.

And to think the USPS takes five days to get something from MN to PA.
For what it's worth...I bought my Muramasa from a Portuguese company called Your Shaving as, they're selling it for €296.69 whereas, Tatara sells it for €359.69. About 20% less.
Also, at the time I was placing the order with Your Shaving, a pop-up 10% discount code (window) appeared so an additional 10% off the already discounted price as well. Free shipping and in 4 business days, it was delivered from Portugal as well.
Like Henson Razors, you often find razors (shaving products) for cheaper/for less (Costco Canada sells Henson) with Free Shipping, then buying direct from the manufacturer so I looked around at European Resellers which is how I stumbled upon Your Shaving.
