Guys do you think it has a shelf life? Someone gave me an unopened bottle, most likely from the seventies. I'm not familiar with the taste. Would you use it?

I just used it in a Margarita. Not bad. Maybe a tad muted and not as orangey as I would expect but then I'm not all that familiar with the stuff.
I think it has gone bad, may I suggest you box it up and ship it to CT so that I can determine its fate
Unless the bottle is damaged, it will be perfectly fine.
Most of the liqueurs will be perfectly fine for a long time. Some of the cremes may have a bit of an issue, but will still be good.
