Review on BIC Chrome Platinum DE Razor Blade

I really like Bic blades. Sharp with great longevity.

Shave #2, same razor, blade, brush, soap.

DFS+, no irritation, minor feedback from AS, one weeper (nothing that I consider outside the norm or unusual).

A great shave.

I have 4 bic Chrome platinum blades left. I’m trying out the Gillette 7 o’clock yellow again

It is difficult to get useful information from reviews of razor blades. Everyone has different facial skin, shaving techniques, and so on. Therefore, all blades need to be tested on yourself. However, this has been discussed many times. And there is no point in creating another topic for discussion.

This may depend on your definition of 'useful.'

I have a history as an audiophile, and the way various equipment and record engineering "sound" to a person is subjective (to some arguable degree).

What that means to me: if people say something is a real stinker, I'm probably not interested in auditioning it.

Conversely, if people say something has a lot of good qualities and give it a thumbs up, then it's a candidate for my own investigations.

I think the same heuristic works for shave gear.
