I'm addicted to B&B, find something interesting and useful every day. My latest find is the razor rankings in the ShaveWiki, which helped me compare and contrast my razors in a measurable way. It also raised a couple of questions.
Does anyone know if a 1957 Gillette Super Speed Flair Tip (not blue or red tip or black handle) would have a blade gap similar to the late 1940s super speed listed in the table (.025")?
Has anyone measured an Edwin Jagger 89L? Visually, the gap appears the same as the gap of my Merkur 34C. I get the same type and quality of shave from each.
I do not own a feeler gauge to perform my own research.
