I'll try to rollup all of the responses below:
I'll get the materials together to make some more. I need to build a table saw jig so the angles come out more consistently..
I do love the OCs, it may be just me, but I seem get better shaves with them.
As far as size, I was a bit constrained by the medicine chest cubbie I was putting it in. The heads if rotated a little don't touch as much as my picture shows, you'll notice they are a bit askew. I may bump the size a bit more on the next iteration though, as I agree more spacing would look better.
I did think about a double decker, I would need to cut grooves instead of holes on the lower level, I'm not sure how I would consistently do that. I would also need to shrink the size of the inner ring to avoid the handles from the upper ring, so it would hold fewer razors. I only have 1 more razor on my wish list so I went with the 8 (although I can lay at least 2 more on the bottom)...
