Post your lathering bowl. Non scuttle edition

Did my first shave using a brush today and used a bowl I found it my kitchen cabinet. Not classy looking, but it did the job.

I've been mostly face lathering lately but when use a bowl I have a custom Julie @ Dirty Bird Pottery whipped up for me about 4 months ago. It's basically one of her standard 3.25" x 1.25" soap bowls but I had her modify it to about 4.25" x 2" and had her cut deeper lather grooves into the bottom.

It's like 3am so I just quick snapped some lousy pics, I tossed an Arko stick in for scale.

At home I just use a cheap target bowl. But here is what I take traveling....a collapsible mug. works pretty good.

Hooped into a thrift store adjoining an antique store today and found this "scuttle" for 50 cents. A perfect fit for my Parker st. & soon to be moulded Tcheon Fung Sing Barbe Rosse soap.
