Long Rifle sale at Pasteur

There's a sale going on at Pasteur (I suspect there often is), including some shaving soaps from an artisan brand from Wisconsin I've never tried but clearly is familiar to many of you: Long Rifle (other brands too). According to Pasteur, these soaps are being "rebranded", whatever that means. I picked up Bay Rhum and 1776. There may be more, frankly I didn't look too carefully. Free shipping, and I've had good experiences with Pasteur (no affiliation).

R U READY FOR SUM 1776!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That reads like an introduction to a WWE wrestling bout. I don't smoke, but my father indulged in pipes and the occasional cigar. He had a cedar box for such things and 1776 does bring back memories of that, which I suppose is the idea.
hahahaha it was like a funny shane gillis quote...I think he was making fun of people who romanticize the birth of america or whatever. We talking body soaps or shave soaps? Sounds like it smells amazing! is the sale still up?

I’ve bought their Bay Rhum a while back and it smells amazing! It reminds me a lot of the Anne Bonny shaving soap from Dr. Jon’s, sadly out of business. I have been searching for a close replacement for quite some time now. Long Rifle’s Bay Rhum is a little spicier but has the lime scent that Anne Bonny also has. I love it!
