But, how long between manufacture and being sold in the store ? Maybe there are EU Regulations for Storage of Sharpened Stainless Steel Plates ( Hairy/Beardy Men/Women/Ungendered for the use of ) ?:001_unsur

My exact point.

I think that we shouldnt store too many blades. Maybe it is better to buy new every 1-2 months
I've shaved with blades that were over 30 years old. They were purchased back in the day when my father was using a DE razor. They shaved quite fine. If your blades are wrapped and stored away from moisture they can keep for decades.

Walmart/Grocery Store Personnas = About 15 left (started out with these)
Red Pack Israeli Personnas - 6 left
Wilkinson Sword - 3 left
7 O'clock Yellow Pack - 5 left
Derby - 5 left
Crystal - about 25 left ... this may be "my blade"

Still experimenting before stocking up on any single brand, although I did just pick up a few packs of Crystals to start stocking up on...after trying Derbys, making a decision on the Yellow Packs after a bad first blade...will likely buy a ton of Crystals...although Red Pack IPs are still in the running for me.

Figuring out the blades I have found is the hardest part!!! My Parker 90R is GREAT with Crystals, my 64 SS is HORRIBLE with them. So now figuring out what is good with the SS before I tear my face up or give up with that one!!

They are pretty good blades, huh? Would love to see that whole stash of blades you have there though.
Yes, they are a very good, very consistent blade. Since Gillette made a ton of 'em, they are easy to find.

One of these days I'll post pix of the contents of the magic box, which is the source of all my powers.

My question : as months-years pass by, is there a possibility the blades to get "old" and not shave well?

Coated stainless steel blades have a lifespan of decades. Sadly, some of the best blades ever made are no longer in production, so the only way to shave with them is to stockpile as you come across them. thankfully, razor blades degrade little (if at all) over time. About the only problem you ever run in to is blades becoming stuck together in the dispensers, but a soak in isopropyl alcohol fixes that (credit goes to StraightArrow for that little trick).
