Has anyone tried the Old Spice made in the UK or Germany (with photo collage)

There's a big selection of various Old Spice formulas and sizes sold on Amazon.de in Germany and by a German retailer named Duftfeeling, along with Ebay by Bellaella from the UK. I think the ones sold in Germany are made in Germany, although Duftfeeling sells an extra large 250 ml (8.45 oz.) bottle of the aftershave. The collage is below. I used Google translate to convert Amazon Germany to English before creating screen captures.

The first three on the collage are from Duftfeeling in Germany and I think all those are made in the UK. The 2nd product from the top on the right is sold by a US retailer and their site mentions that it's made in the EU (Germany). The rest are sold by Amazon.de either directly or through 3rd party resellers. Unfortunately, Amazon.de can't ship products containing alcohol to the USA. The US retailer confirmed via email that the product was manufactured in Germany but doesn't know which company was licensed by P&G to produce it.

How do you guys like that High Endurance Pre-Shave Wash with tea tree oil? How about the Original Sensitive Aftershave or the Noir Aftershave or the Original Eau de Toilettes (Cologne) at the bottom? Isn't that Swagger bottle cool? I wouldn't mind trying the Hawkridge aftershave as I really like the smell of the deodorant.

What I can't understand is why P&G won't at least sell this online in the USA for those who would like to order it? It would be interesting to know what company makes the European Old Spice aftershaves and whether they smell any different than the Original Old Spice made in India.

Interesting. Thanks for the information. Any idea how these compare to the Indian version (OS Original)?

I own Champion, smells great, and White Water as and edt, also smells great. The clear glass bottle look sharp in the shave den. I may have to seek out some of the other scents.

I live in the uk and have Original, Champion, Whitewater and Noir.

I would describe the Original to be sweet, spiced honey scent. Is this how the USA version smells?

Champion is fresh, sporty and youthful. I really like this one.

Whitewater is sort of cool fresh and powdery. It's nice but nothing special.

Noir is my least favourite. It smells like a cheap chemical type smell. It's one of the few things I've bought that I would never buy again.

Your description of the Original vs. the US Classic version sounds about right. What companies are listed on the bottles you have and where does it say they're made? Do you have the aftershave or the eau de toilette cologne? I would buy the Noir just to get that cool bottle!

I have the Whitewater that I bought in the US before it was discontinued. I like it but at the same time don't find myself reaching for it that often.

I don't understand why they have to discontinue these formulas. Brut wasn't selling that much of Brut Dominant (which is terrific) and Brut Attitude, so they just ship enough for several retailers like Walgreens.com and Drugstore.com to sell online only. There's no reason why P&G can't keep niche lines and sell them directly onine along with all the import versions of Old Spice and their various Gillette DE blades.
They own Artofshaving.com so why not incorporate the two?
