Haryali London Oxford silvertip badger brush

this brush really caught my eye. is there anything that's made in USA that's comparable. Also has anybody have any experience with this brush, it would be around $80 shipped to the US total. Really digging the Royal Blue

I've never heard of that brand, but that's a pretty good price for a silvertip badger brush. I'd be curious about the specs and imagine it would be quite small for that amount. If you like the look of it, I'd say go for it!

I am suspicious of that brand. It seems to have lots of cheap crap / knock-offs all over eBay. Often low quality hardware that can be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the price which they have tarted up with some fancy packaging. The latest thing seems be copies of Muhle / EJ shaving sets.

Never heard of this brand.
Edit: checked their site out. No information about the size of the knot, nor any info on loft. Some of the badgers look like the hairs have cut ends. Probably just a reseller of Chinese mass produced stuff.

Yikes. Well that's not encouraging. as zero results poped up in the search function on this site. Too bad i've looked a 1000 brushes to no avail. this one was my fav so far. I would be ordering str8 from the company so wouldn't worry about fakes or knock offs. guess i'm back on the hunt.

What's your budget? What are you looking for in a brush? That will help others give some suggestions

wekk after christmas around $100 max but that's max. Well I fell in love with the handle and color. Since that's not a choice. Looking for a resin barberpole that will stand up (not the brushes that aren't flat on bottom). Next would be a black resin. Silvertip or super badger brush. I have zero experience with badger brushes so want to try a good knot.

went with a SOC mistura in butterscotch.

Semogues in general and their SOCs in particular are highly regarded brushes that are attractively priced, considering that the are NOT made in China.

The original brush you had mentioned was a Silvertip, what made you decide, if I may ask, to order a (half premium boar - half silvertip badger) Mistura in the end?

They are very nice brushes (I have two) that combine the qualities of silvertip and boar brushes, but they feel distinctly different from silvertips and because of the boar bristles they need some time to be broken in.

I’m in the UK, you see these advertised on Ebay and Amazon. My guess is they are “white labeled” brushes made by another manufacturer and branded accordingly, built to a certain price point, but then lots of “big brands” no doubt do the same. Personally it’s probably not great value if you end up paying high postage and import costs. Have a look at Semogue, Oumo.
