Every time I visit this thread, my nose tingles from the memory of so many of the fine fragrances you lads post. This is the best-smelling place on the internet!

My wardrobe is down to a select few since I've retired and opportunities to scent myself don't arise as they once did, so, I live vicariously through all of you. Do carry on, you fine-smelling gentlemen of B&B!

Halston Z-14 (French Frangrances - Possibly 1999)

Conifer, dank greenery, fleeting bergamot, cinnamon. Not a powerhouse, but much more appealing to me than a circa-2023 bottle of 1-12. Partying like it's 1999.

Testing Another 13 by Le Labo today from a sample.

Quick call on this one - absolutely terrible!

The perfume appears wholly synthetic (and in this case, a bad thing), with tolerable slightly sweet synthetic musk leading to an overpowering screeching faux woody-violet-like accord in the base that is horrific and super-long lasting. One of the worst things I have sniffed in recent memory.

As an aside, I hear this one is polarizing with some saying they can’t smell anything…. I only wish I was one of those.
