There's a local state government store I went to recently that has this type of merchandise. I rummaged through a pail of dirty Van Der Hagens and commodity level razors to find a rusty Gillette Superspeed Red Tip. After some scrubbing with Mr. Bubbles to remove the grime and lemon and salt to remove the rust, I think I got at least my money's worth ($1) for the razor.

I saw the mention of 2 bevel razors in the lot.... Bevels are one of my favorite "not having to think razors".. There have also been clones of them made.. I found the one I have without a handle in a thrift store when I was just starting out and put a handle I had on it.... Nice find BTW with the lot of razors....
I rather like them too, but the handle that comes with them is too thin and without knurling for my personal tastes. Sort of like the Lord L6. Mounted on a better handle, both shine.
I never got to try the original handle as mine did not come with it as mine was just the head , so I'll just take your word for it.. I have heard others say the same though as you before about it.. Mine is on another handle too.... I use it quite often and will get another one of the razors too at some point as a back up....

I believe that I identified the next dead razor, Parker 22R.
To recap, there were 2 TTO razors (one DOA on arrival and the other that I broke trying to open the doors). The Parker is razor #3.
The Parker 22R has an uneven blade exposure which causes one side to be more aggressive. In the end, I could keep it and use it. Similar to the Future clone. The future clone is more usable with the adjustment.
Anyway, I should probably trash the Parker for now. The rest is going well but this is going to be a very long process.
