Big F.A. Koch antique store find

After hours searching through a new area of antique stores I finally found something good!!! When the store owner pulled out this huge razor box out of a cabinet, I knew it had to be big!!! It was a F.A. Koch "faultless" in great condition. Probably a light hand cleaning and a few minutes on a hone it should be ready to go. I got home and it measured in at 15/16ths. I got it at a really good price, surprised it wasn't bought up already!!! There was also a Filarmonica 13 box but of course it was empty. That would've been a home run if it was there.
Here's a pic of it on the left with a wade n butcher 1" on the right for comparison.

Finally got around to polishing and honing it today. The test shave will be tomorrow morning. It cleaned up super easily and do far seems like it took a good edge. There's only a couple tiny spots where the rust stained into the blade.

I wanted to say that I've never seen an FA Koch that big, but I because I collect Theo A Koch's which also tend to be 10/16"-13/16", I was just going to drop the F A, then I realized what I typed.

Anyway, my point is nice, rather unusual razor.

lol, it's definitely an unusual razor. Usually it's "known brands or makers" with the larger blades. To find it in an antique store and not have to spend a small fortune on the internet for it was nice too!!!!!
