are younger people getting into wet shaving or is this relegated to older folks?

People are getting into WET SHAVING sub 30 years young, saw a few at AZ Shave Meetup last week. Just kids compared to this Seasoned Citizen.

This is a follow up to my previous post. There are a few people I know at college who shave with a DE, they all use canned foam and generic blades. I am the only one with the whole collection. At 19, I just wanted to try something new and take care of my skin better so I gave it a shot and here we are!

I’d be curious to see the age breakdown of who is buying the multi-hundred dollar machined razors.

I shave with a DE pretty much exclusively and I wouldn't bring my DEs to the gym either. But I also don't go to the gym.

I do take a DE to the gym, but all I see are cartridges and electrics. Actually at home I usually use a straight, it is the straight that I’m afraid to bring to the gym for fear of it freaking someone out!

Until beards are no longer in. And women like a shaven face. The beards will continue. And most people a lot older than me hated DE shaving so there’s that. And the young are scared for some reason. Maybe the start up price scares them. For them a “new” way to shave or it’ll take too long. Mostly when girls change their minds. Then they change theirs. It’s usually how that works.
