Anybody know what this "mystery razor" is?

This came in a lot that I recently acquired and I can't find anything on the maker or manufacturing date. I've found a few advertised on the bay, one with a box even that only says "Double-Edge Razor" on it. Any help in identifying this is truly appreciated.

For better or worse, it's a no-name. Folks are always trying to ride the coat-tails of success, and there were quite a few like this, using Gillette blades, thinner brass stamped heads, and aluminum or plastic handles.

A patent search might show something, but that's a deep, dark, rabbit hole.

I don't know what it is, but I have one like it.
The only information I found was that it was a "European Vending Machine Razor"
