Acca Kappa, white moss shaving soap

Hello Together,

i tried over the last couple of months the acca kappa white Mosse shaving soap. It`s a hard soap and
the soap is really outstanding. To it`s specs:
Lather: very good
Gliding: very good
Skin care: very good
Time: It`s fast and easy to lather soap. The stand up time is excellent. So far it is the best hardsoap i have tested.

Review: So far it is the best hard soap i have tested, the soap is my favorite, together with the Valobra almond.

I tried to make a short video review about the soap, if you want to see how the lather looks like and so on :001_cool: hope you like it:thumbup:

Which experiences did you make with the acca kappa white moss? Or which other hardsoap is your favorite?

Cheers
Mark

That is a well produced video, nicely done. Unfortunately that lather looks rather poor and airy to my eyes and ears, so I doubt I will try it.

As this is your first post and we haven't gotten to know you, what other soaps have you tried so far? Also make sure you post your introduction in The Hall of Fame. Welcome!

Thank you very much for your Feedback :) the lather is better than it looks in the video ;-) i have to admit i just used a little bit to much water for it.

Thank you very much at all for your nice welcome here in this forum :) my standard set up is the Mühle Stylo badger and Razor and my favorite shaving soap is the Valobra Almond, this one is just awesome :) and my long time favorite. I try many different blades, i tested at least over 20 of it already, so my favorite change all the time. Right now i like the Gillette 7 o`clock sharp edge and the permasharp most :)

Just tried the soap. EJ 3D (89 head) with Polsilver SI. The soap produces a very slick and hydrating foam. However, there's very little cushioning. My usual soap is L'Occitane Cade. I'd say Acca Kappa is better post-shave but much inferior during the process.
