my skin is clear from using tallow soap and castile soap. whatever tallow does, it isn't causing pimples. my skin can get bad with too much dryness/razor burn, but the tallow seeps to moisturize it more than my glycerin soaps. who knows, though Tabac does smell like pimple fertilizer. i love it and i hate it.

I don't know for sure if Tabac contributes to pimples, but it's worth noting that you aren't spreading tallow on your face. You're spreading a soap of tallow, tallow that has undergone a chemical reaction with the lye. Maybe it still causes pimples, I dunno.
