Default Unknown safety razor...

Okay gents, I've stumbled across a razor that I have no idea what it is and I thought I'd see if any of the sages here might know. Does anybody have any idea what this is or what a fair price might be? Thanks in advance.

Very interesting design.

It really is a unique design. I've never really seen anything like it. To a very small extent, the ornamentation on the handle almost reminds me of an American Button Company razor. But this is certainly far less ornate than those. And the head is very unique as well. It's almost a hybrid open comb/safety bar. I wonder what this is?

I really like it. Both the handle and teeth are great. Great score!
