Yes, Guerlain makes an aftershave splash for Vetiver. This looks exactly like the Guerlain Vetiver cologne bottle except instead of a spray, its a splash!

100 ml. I bought it for 70 USD but it can be yours for 45 USD.

I'm also throwing in a matching bottle of Vetiver Cologne, practically new for the same price. You can have both of them as a set for 75 USD.

I've only tried the aftershave a few times and the smell is just not me.

It matches the EDT dead on, in my opinion. And is a great moisturizer. My wife does not like the smell, however, and I prefer short lasting citruses.
