Well Brazil, but yes. The Documentary is called Waste Land, and it is about the people who scavenge recyclables in this massive rubbish tip, and how artist Vik Miniz gets them to help make art works out of the rubbish which he sells to raise money for them.

Correct! The connection is David Proval. He is in the "Wrong Man" segment of Four Rooms and he is the pilot of the plane transporting Dracula in the beginning of Monster Squad. I notice too many little things like this

I know I've posted this before, but it's one of my favorite movies of all time and it belongs a double post. In the process of finding this picture I found a website that streams the whole movie online. If I can get to it from work, all my work is going to get on the back burner.
