    Default Just tried Speick

Last night I finally received my order of two tubes of Speick, Tabac, and a tube of red Proraso and this morning posed a tough decision for me: which to try first .

I kept thinking back to all of those rave reviews of Speick posted by Frederik that I read at a time when Speick was just an out of reach cream that I probably wouldn't get my hands on until I was back in Germany. For the record, I'm still kicking myself for not discovering all of this before I spent the first part of this year in Munich . But, alas, I now have two tubes of this wonderful stuff parked in my bathroom closet and the universe is once again in alignment . So if you haven't already guessed, I opted for the Speick and I think I'm in love...

Tomorrow will it be Tabac or Wheatgerm Proraso...any suggestions?

Cory, I got my two tubes of Speick last weekend in the mail and I agree with you - I think this cream is great. No need for me to spend more on the 3 T's. In fact, each one of the German creams (Wilkinson, Speick, Florena) I have tried have been great.

I vote for you trying Tabac tomorrow and letting us know about it. I don't have any of it, but it's just a few clicks away on smallflower.com.

    Take care.

    First Scotto, now this.
I'm going to have to go try the Speick now.
So far I've been pleased with Tabac (soap) Florena(cream) and AnneMarie Borlind (not sure how to add the umlaut, but its a cream-buy it if you see it)
Perhaps I'll even be able to sneak it past SWMBO who has a peculiar nose. (she hated the TABAC scent so bad she wouldn't ride in the same car with me until I had washed it off and replaced it with something else...)

    Sounds like a plan!

...as you can see, you don't need to twist that hard, lol.

  6. Default Speick

I have been a Speick user for years, and it is terrific. They also make a great after shave and other skin care products, as well as sopa and deoderant. All of it is high quality, and the shave cream compares favorably with other high-end cream.

Speick, Balea, Cerrus, Florena, Irisch Moos, Kappus, and Muhle-Pinsel are all terrific creams which I'd highly recommend. Not only the lather, but also the skincare is superb with these brands. Oh, and let's not forget Olivia's wonderful hand-made creams, from 100% natural ingredients, which are almost like miracle cures for problematic skin.

Great you like Speick so much. I had another wonderful shave with the cream and and the aftershave this morning. Tabac cream, although not bad at all, is not of the same standard. The soap OTOH is, as many members will confirm, absolutely fabulous.
    Enjoy your new stuff!

Frederik, Tabac soap without a doubt, has got to be one of the nicest and best soaps I ever tried. I love Speick cream also, I never did try the stick soap in Speick. What's that like?
