    Depends, but just to drink for the sake of having a good beer, then a good hoppy IPA / Best Bitter. Being an expat, I miss Nethergate, Adnams and Jennings in particular...

    Wheat beer, Belgian whites. Damn near any german beer, and they make my favorite wheats: heffeweizen. ;-)
