Default FS: Plisson/Joris Thuja bowl w/Blenheim Bouquet

Plisson/Joris Thuja wood soap bowl with a lightly used cake of Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet shaving soap. I've had this for several years but only used it a few times . I may be in error on the Blenheim but I know that I placed a premium soap in the bowl. 95% sure that it's Blenheim............

***SOLD***..........$75 including US postage and paypal fees.

Not much left Andrew. Mostly the stuff that I use regularly remaining and some sterling silver shaving miscellany.

    Hi there Steve,

Man......I remember those good old days a few years ago. You were offering lots of amazing toys back then! It was a kick seeing some of those items, and I even bought an Executive from you.

I feel lucky to have been around........heh.

It's been 3 or 4 years and i can't recall the company name but it wasn't a company that specialized in shaving items. This is the only place - Plisson - that I find it advertised although I would think that any retailers that sell Plisson/Joris items would be able to order one.

I was so much older then, I'm younger then that now...........or not!

That was 200+ straights, 85+ shaving brushes and uncountable miscellaneous shaving items ago. Still have the Executive?

Yup. I got a lot of goodies from back-in-the-day Steve, including my first straight razor kit.

Thanks, I emailed Jim at Vintage Blades to see if he can order the shave bowl. I'm not sure what other retailers carry Plisson.

That razor was eventually passed on to another member, who may still be enjoying it. Heh, I've since picked up another one...maybe I missed yours?

It's too bad those old BST posts of yours aren't available anymore for viewing. You really did come up with some amazing things, for a loong period of time. Woulda been fun for the newer members to have seen pics of those items. Oh, I probably wouldn't have minded looking at em again myself.

You used to be a much more entertaining guy Steve........
