Default "FAT" Handled Techs & "FAT" Boys

As a fellow who could be described as "festively plump", I must publicly voice my displeasure at the continued use of the word "FAT" with regard to these razors.

I suggest we need to come up a more politically correct euphemism, lest my already fragile ego gets further crushed, and we wouldn't want that now would we?

Perhaps we can try some of these?

    Stout Handled
    Thick Handled
    Large Diameter
    Wide Circumference
    Undertall for their weight

    Thank You Very Much!

I hope everyone realizes the above is said in jest!

    Phatboy.

    Ginormous Tech.

BTW, get used to it. How do you think some of us feel when we hear people harping about the "OLD style" Gillettes?

As posted elsewhere, I feel the term "Fat Boy" is the most pernicious example of sizeist discrimination in the shave world. You all need to report to sensitivity training.

It could be worse - HuskyBoy and Husky Handled. Anyone else wear "husky" sized blue jeans as a kid in the 50's/60's, and hate it?

Where I come from "Fat Boy" is not a bad thing to be called.

But I look like the love child of Fat Joe and Dr. Death Steve Williams....so I may be prejudiced.

Hate is not the word. Loathe is more apt.

I prefer the term "Gravitationally Challenged" or Girth Impaired."

How 'bout following the ladies lead:

"Plus Size Adjustable, for the full-figured shaver"?

What name did Gillette call them by when they were originally marketed?

I'm not sure about the FB, but I think the Tech was referred to as "Thick Handled".
