Shovelling 3 double driveways (yours and two neighbours') a few days in a row leads to a sore back, arms and shoulders. :001_rolle
 
I've been working out in the gym but not dieting. The bad thing is, I'm not losing any weight. The good thing is, I'm not gaining any either.
 
I am getting back into running/jogging with the help of some MeetUp groups so that it's also a social event. Plus, food and beer afterwards doesn't hurt (although I usually don't drink - I'm not much of a beer fan, and I usually drive). Hoping to run a 5K with kid in jogging stroller next weekend. If I don't post again, it means that I expired on the racecourse.
 
I've started running. A mile and a half, slow job, but it's something and it's with a group of people. the social aspect is highly motivating, which surprised me a bit. Trying a 5k this weekend - wish me luck!
