anything honed by lynn has to be sharp as heck, love that monkey tail on the tang and sweet design on spine/back....cant go wrong with dovo

Am I missing something here, or is this just a $4.99 savings over buying it from Lynn? All SRD razors come honed by Lynn with a certificate for a free honing down the line, and free shipping on anything over $100. Great looking razor, none the less.

If it doesn't include the certificate for the free honing, you're paying $15 more than a new one from Lynn.

I have never seen this razor before, then again I am kinda new to straights. Is this not really a good deal?

This was priced based on what I paid with a $10 discount, and noting that Classic is asking $160.99. But, you all are right, it is only $5 less than SRD before the second honing is accounted for.

My mistake, reasonable offers of course will be considered

garyg is a very reputable and fair seller. This is a very nice and new razor and should hold it's value well. It was honed by the best so it should shave extremely well. You know how much they are selling for on SRD, so make garyg a good reasonable offer and see what he says.

There are less expensive straights to consider for your first straight (if this will be your first), but I think you can always resale it for pretty close to what you pay for it if you decide that straights are not for you. This is one fine looking razor.
