    Hello,
I would like to register to the store but it seems that you have to have an American address. Is it possible for me to register even if I'm living in Europe?

That's my goal. Because it's tied into Paypal, I need to figure out how to have the postage adjusted accordingly.

    Hey Lancer,

And I hope I'm wrong on this, but I have just read on another site that we here in Australia cannot bring colognes or whatever in if they contain alcohol

Perhaps someone else will chime in?

    Greetings gents,

Many countries do not allow incoming shipments of alcohol based products via air transport. I've had too many instances where customs has confiscated cologne shipments. Two primary reasons for this are 1. these are being shipped from an individual, not a company. and 2. I refuse to mislabel packages.

    I will try to find a work-around.
    Take care,

@Rik: Penhaligon's have a list on their website with all countries that don't allow shipments of cologne and the likes. Australia is one of them, sorry, John. But I know for a fact it wouldn't be a problem here in Austria (as well as in every country in the EU). It would be easy to adjust the list of countries to all except those where it's explicitely a problem to ship cologne to.

Can you ship to Canada? I have been able to get cologne shipped from the US before (Sephora), but I can't get your mini's from them!!

I'm afraid not. Believe it or not Canada's postal service accounts for 75% of the aforementioned confiscations. Must have some might fine smelling carriers up there.

    Thanks for that info Rik.

Now... let's see if that order from Trumper's makes it here...

    I'll keep you updated.

Oh bugger the customs-man! Now, I don't want to go off on a rant here, but ... (Dennis Miller flashback ... darn but he was funny) ...I guess we need to protect our beloved Canadian cologne industry, producing such scents as ... um ... well ... let me get back to you on that. Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

So you know what it's like for me to try to get stuff into the country through mail/internet ...

Can you ship to a different address then your billing address? I didn't see the option when I went to check out.

Is it possible to have cologne shipped to Australia at all? The post before this makes it look like it's possible, but there's some further up that says it's not.

I started to sign up to the shop but it only lists US in the country field.

From what i can tell poking around our various government websites - it's not restricted by customs but Australia post might not like it depending on the amount of alcohol in it and it's flash point.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Preparations are underway now, but conservatively... I'd say a month.
