Just Lather, that's all

A short story has stuck with me since grade school called "Just Lather, that's all." The story is Written by Columbian Journalist Hernando Tellez and published in 1950. It describes the moral dilemma faced by a small town barber and revolutionary, over slitting the throat of the murderous Captain Torres while he sits, lathered, in his barber chair. It is an intense 5-10 minute read that I highly recommend. The images stuck with me for all these years even though the first time I read it I was too young to shave.

I read that story in primary school, I believe. I never forgot this line, It's a great little short story.
