Simply press the button that looks like a postcard/picture with mountains and a sun (you find it on the second row), paste the web-link to the picture and press the button :) Or wirite the code [IMG] the web-link of the image[/IMG].

If you want to load up a picture from your computer, you can use www.imageshack.us for example.

Or press the button "Manage Attachments" as you find under "additional options" under the writing area.
