SRD cust service/soaps

I placed a few orders with SRD and even exchanged and called them with questions on the products they sell all with quick responses but I want to mention some outstanding customer service.

A couple weeks ago I placed an order for 3 of there custom soaps, Lime, Blood Orange and Sandalwood with which they use 100% essential oils and lots of it but that later, I got an e-mail from them when I placed the order that they were making a new batch of sandalwood and it would be a week or so before it shipped which I appreciated the heads up, about a week later I get an e-mail and tracking info the package shipped however somehow USPS lost it as there was never any tracking info updated to this day except for info recieved. I notified SRD about the missing package and without any problem at all they promptly shipped me out a replacement package.

Now to the soaps as mentioned they use 100% essential oil I have used each soap a couple of times now, each is the easiest or tied for the easiest lathering soaps I have ever used out of at least 25 on my shelves now, the scents are pure and strong and very lubricating. The Sandalwood also did not irritate or even warm my skin in the slightest as some other sandalwoods have.

They have nice products and a great site. Whats' stopped me from ordering, though, is having to pay shipping costs. When looking for an item (or ten), I check out 3-4 vendors who all have similar pricing. The ones who offer free shipping get my order every time.
