Creed fragrances

Hi group,

Anyone know where I can get to sample all the Creed fragrances? Walking in to Harrods, Fenwick or a large John Lewis store isn't the most ideal way. I want to try them after a shave and on my skin. Does anyone know if Creed have a UK representative that sends out samples?

Cheers!

I don't know of any way to try all of Creed's fragrances--they have quite a few. Unlike Penhaligon's, I don't think that you can buy a prepackaged sampler (although I've seen something similar advertised before). There is info on Creed UK's website about ordering samples:

http://www.creedfragrances.co.uk/site/contact_us/sampling_service

I've heard if you actually visit the address, they'll give the samples to you; if you order them, there's a charge.

In the US, I've found that the Creed representatives at stores like Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue are generous with giving quite large samples both with and without purchases.

If you want to order a wide variety of samples, the Perfumed Court is probably a good source--I think that they ship to the UK:

Hope this helps--

Ooooh! Thank you so much for this. Really useful information there!

The only other thing that I'd say is be careful about buying on line. Creed seems to be the most commonly copied fragrance. I remember reading a thread somewhere about fake Green Irish Tweed--the knock-offs on ebay and other sites even have misspelled packaging. Some of the guys on here can probably give better advise about where to buy--I've heard that scentiments.com is reliable.

True, but theperfumedcourt is reliable for decants. Ask around when you're ready to purchase a full bottle about who is a reputable retailer.

Chuck at http://badgerdecants.com/ does not have quite all of the Creed fragrances but is highly reliable and less expensive than, say, Perfumedcourt. Keeps it in the B&B family, too!

BIG +1.

There is a HUGE Chinese Creed counterfeit ring going around, and most of it is on Ebay. For safety purposes, I don't order any Creed that comes out of New York or Asia.

And scentiments.com is not immune to selling fragrances of dubious distinction. They will, however, refund your cash should you realize you purchased a counterfeit.
