Default Getting Bored Looking For Something New

OK Gents, I have bought, traded and used so many products and I am getting bored. I'm not thinking about any hardware, razors or blades and I am not into creams.
I'm thinking Aftershaves, Colognes and Soaps. I like complete set-ups.

Here's your chance to pick out one for me to try. What say the masses?

The Herban Cowboy line of Dusk products.

They smell good, very manly, but no clue on efficacy.

If nothing else, it will renew your enjoyment of better products.

If you don't like it, send it to me.

Have you tried Hattric or the Irisch Moos splash yet? I know the Moos comes in a full setup...

L'Occitane CADE. The soap is great (not tallow, though), and the ASB has a unique, French countryside, late summer, juniper berries thing going on that is unique in my experience.

Try it, you will like it!

I'll 2nd the Cade line also. Try the soap, splash, and the L'Occitan EDT (they don't have the Cade splash in EDT strength, but the L'Occitan is the closest, at leat that's what the sales staff will usually say.)

I'll throw in another vote for Floid, although I've only tried the splash. It's subtle and quite masculine though.

Add a little hunt to cure your boredom. How about an all NOS Old Spice shave.

Other than that I'll +1 the Floid.

Bored? Grow long hair and a beard...let your freak flag fly.

Saves on razor blades and shaving soap. You can still use a cologne. Get yourself some RL Monogram, Brut, Hai Karate, Canoe, etc. etc. etc.

    Santa Maria Novella

    • pre-shave
    • shave cream/soap
    • after shave splash
    • cologne

That oughta cure your wallet of too much cash for a while. They have plenty of flavors to choose from as well.
    Relax...Take it easy...Enjoy the lather.

I know you said you're not looking for hardware, but if you're really bored, you could try a straight.

AdP is another option too (a little more pricey, though).

Alt Innsbruk. Then, spend your spare time () convincing someone to come up with a soap and cologne to match the scent!

Long haired old guy! Love it. I was posting a video of Robert Plant last evening and commented to the Wife that if only I had that much hair I would grow mine again. <sigh>

Old like you! I think that puts us on a list of some sort

RL Monogram was from the early 70s wasn't it? And Xeyrus (sp?)...

La Toja stick and splash, awesome combination. Hattric AS and EDT that stuff smells amazing, more people need to try the Hattric AS so Mark at superlather will carry it.

    Cheers,
    David
