Do I have Israeli red pack blades?

That's what I thought I was ordering from Shaving Essentials. But I don't see any "Made in Israel" anywhere. For that matter, there's no Made in Anywhere on the little boxes, the wrappers or the blades. The box just says Personna Platinum on the face and 5Personna Super Blades on the ends. I am confused.

To my understanding, the only Personnas to use this package are the one's made in Israel. At least, these have become my favorite blade and I've been calling them Israeli made - I hope I haven't been lying...

The common term for these is Israeli Personna. This package, however, is not known to American Safety Razor. This could mean one of two things. The first is that we have found a counterfeit Personna, made in Israel, that is better than the real Personnas. The second is that American Safety Razor has so many products on the market that they can't keep track.

I think that the second may be the case simply based on quality. Counterfeits usually suck.

No, the Israeli Personna ("IP") is the Crystal, Super+ Platinum, etc. blade.

The ones the OP pictured are the "Red Pack Personnas."

What you have is the best blade made. AKA the Red Pack.
