Using One Brush for Multiple Soaps/Creams

Hello all...

Is it alright to use 1 brush for a couple of different soaps and creams?

I have a C&E EJ Best Badger Large brush. I have been using C&E Nomad, but today tried Proraso. The brush just felt different after I was done.

I appreciate any help!

Sure, I use my pure badger brush for both soaps and creams. Works great.

A quality brush is just that. This business about needing a certain brush for soap or cream is to me nonsense. Now if you have some brush that is real stiff like concrete you may want something else for creams.

There's no need to use multiple brushes. You can if you want to, but it'd probably get expensive.

Some products will make the brush smell like the product for a while but it will either disappear with time or you can take the brush into the shower with you and wash it with shampoo.

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, on a planet very similar to our own, men lived long lives of shaving and would own only one brush.

No matter how many brushes you have, just be sure to clean them once in a while with shampoo or borax.

That can happen if you don't clean out all the soap when you're done. But it will wash out.
